Apple iWatch?

I have heard rumours in newspapers that Apple are bringing out iWatch. Well, what I have saw on websites and photos it look likes it true.

The watch looks interesting, this is what the watch is meant to look like:

From sources Apple and Intel are working together to make this watch, thats has incredible feature, including: Phone; iPod; Internet and Projector.
