iPhone sales slump, could this help Apple in banning Samsung's products!

Can you remember last year, Apple secured a massive victory over Samsung "coping" Apple's iphone. Apple was awarded $1.05 billion in damages.

Also last December, Apple were denied their request to ban all U.S sales of Samsung products, because it "violated" Apple's patients. But this failed.

Well now with iPhone 5 sales falling, this could help Apple ban Samsung products. Samsung should be worried because Apple have a good case (if it does go to court). What will the outcome be?
